A new community choir in Langley, BC in the Black Gospel style, that features local voices and stellar vocal arrangements by director Lincoln Tatem. Old school tunes, and contemporary songs delivered with power and passion featuring accompanist Diane Lines and a high energy backing band.
Through a life of many relocations and countless months on the road performing, Fearing has become a gifted storyteller and true musical nomad with the ability to enthrall audiences of all sizes and attitudes. “Getting on stage is the fun part, especially when the adrenaline kicks in,” he says, with a broad smile. “People want to escape and be taken on a journey. I build my shows so they do just that.”
Prolific roots troubadour, Leeroy Stagger returns to the Bez stage. With a dozen or so albums and a who’s who’s list of greats that he has worked with, we’re really looking forward to this sophomore show in Langley.

He's a singer and songwriter of great skill, an in-demand and prolific record producer (Bruce Cockburn, Tom Wilson, Colin James), a sideman to the stars as guitarist for the likes of Bruce Cockburn, Emmylou Harris, and Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, and, for the past decade, a member of the highly successful trio, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings.

Suzie has performed at Bez twice and we can’t wait to have her back - no one delivers the songs and stories quite like her. This time she’s bringing her old friend and touring partner Veda Hille along. Veda is one of East Vancouver’s most loved theatrical composers and a delightful entertainer with a long list of recording projects and theatre productions. They will be on stage together swapping songs and as you can probably imagine, the banter and beauty of these two great musical storytellers will be outstanding.
